Troubleshooting
Interface looks clipped or oversized
CellFit targets a Full HD display.
Note
Lower the Windows display scale/zoom to 100 % if parts of the window are cut off.
A module is greyed out
The module is not enabled by your license. See Licensing.
“Unable to access file”
The file could not be opened. Confirm it is a valid .cfc or .cfl file and is not open in another program.
Volume data is unavailable
Fill in the filtrate mass density. Volume and volume-based results need it. See Test & Sample Data.
Specific resistance fails
Warning
The cake dry mass must be non-zero and the filtrate dynamic viscosity must be set, otherwise the calculation cannot complete.
Report won’t overwrite
A file already exists at the chosen location. Pick a different name or folder.
