Opening Files
CellFit imports filtration tests from two file types.

Open a file
File → Open, then choose All Filtration Files to see both types, or filter by a single type.
What is read
CellFit reads the filtration step of the test:
- The time and mass series are imported.
- The instant mass flow rate is derived between consecutive points.
- For
.cflfiles, metadata is also imported: operator, sample reference, fluid, filter, filtration area, pressure, temperature and loaded mass.
Note
.cfl files may additionally contain washing steps, which are imported automatically.

Warning
Only files with valid filtration data are accepted. Files failing the integrity check cannot be opened.
