Overview

CellFit analyzes constant-pressure filtration tests. It reads the filtration data files exported by your acquisition system, lets you complete the sample, filtrate and cake data, and computes filtration characteristics such as specific resistance and flow rate ratio. Results are exported to formatted Excel reports.

What CellFit does

• Imports filtration test data from .cfc and .cfl files exported by your acquisition system.
• Reconstructs the filtration curve (mass and volume over time).
• Computes specific resistance of the cake from a linear regression of t/V versus V.
• Computes the flow rate ratio (Fr).
• Captures washing steps performed after filtration.
• Produces a complete Excel report with charts and tables.

Typical workflow

1. Open a test file (.cfc or .cfl).
2. Fill in the filtrate, fluid and cake information.
3. Run the analysis modules you are licensed for.
4. Generate the Excel report.
